Golden Nugget Las Vegas Opens New Tower

Golden Nugget Las Vegas, the legendary downtown Las Vegas hotel opened a new $150-million tower on November 20, 2009. Rush Tower features a 75,000-gallon tropical aquarium and private check-in. The new tower has 500 guest rooms, including four Penthouse Suites and 70 Junior Corner Suites with panoramic views. The Chart House Aquarium Restaurant has a new custom-designed menu with signature dishes. Guests can watch about 1,000 colorful fish swim by while they dine.

The tower has a two-level infinity edge pool with luxurious cabanas. The pool adjoins the existing year round Golden Nugget swimming pool featuring a 200,000-gallon live shark aquarium.
